“Women in Power”- Business Networking Sundowner- 17 November

On Thursday 17 November at the Citigate Hotel in Perth, NECA hosted its first ‘Women in Power’ networking sundowner, an initiative that aims to recognise the important role women play in the electrical industry. The night was a great success with women from all over Perth coming together to share their industry experiences over a glass of champagne. Ron Gibson from Go Networking, also provided some invaluable insight into the importance of business networking and at times struggled to be heard over the chatter that he was encouraging.

The feedback on the night was extremely positive with many guests commenting that an initiative such as ‘Women in Power’ was long overdue.

Thank you to all who came along. We hope you enjoyed yourself and found it worthwhile. Thank you, especially, to those that volunteered to become involved in the Women in Power Committee.
